Velocity Engagement
The Meeting Rhythm
The whole rhythm fits inside one engagement year, from the two-day annual meeting down to the weekly beat.
Quarter 1 to Quarter 4 are your quarters with us, counted from the day we start, not the calendar. The rhythm begins whenever we engage, not in January.
Select any meeting to see what it is
Across one engagement year: a two-day annual meeting opens Quarter 1 and repeats every year; a one-day quarterly meeting runs in Quarter 2, Quarter 3 and Quarter 4; a monthly scorecard review runs every month; and two weekly meetings, the L10 and the D10, run every week.
This is one engagement year. The annual meeting repeats every year, and the L10 and D10 run every week, all year long.
What are L10 and D10?
L10 and D10 are your two standing weekly meetings. L10, the Leadership Level 10 Meeting, is the weekly 90 minute leadership meeting that keeps the team aligned and accountable. D10, the Department Level 10 Meeting, is the weekly 60 minute working session that keeps day-to-day execution moving.
Your first contract covers the first six months. After that, we partner quarter by quarter.
